Our Resilient Communities Programs
LEEF Program
LEEF (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Emotional Resilience and Financial Independence) is a six-month initiative empowering women in the South West to build confidence, reconnect with work or study, and explore self-employment. Through expert-led workshops, mentoring, and peer connection, LEEF creates practical pathways to independence and opportunity.
Connected Futures @The SET Vasse Hub
A thriving coworking and community hub in the heart of Vasse, created to strengthen local connections and build resilient communities. The SET brings together entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers to share ideas, collaborate on local challenges, and grow sustainable businesses. It’s a place where community, creativity, and resilience come together to shape a stronger future for the South West.
Down South adVentures Tour
An initiative designed to connect regional innovators, investors, and changemakers across the South West. Through immersive site visits, networking events, and local storytelling, the tour celebrates regional entrepreneurship, fosters collaboration, and highlights the strength and creativity driving our communities forward. It’s about showcasing what’s possible when local people, ideas, and industries come together.

Another bonus has been being surrounded by women at all different stages of their growth journey. There is a sense of connection and community that is truly special — women building women up whilst also being supportive and caring.
Having access to shared facilities and a communal workspace has also made a big difference as it’s made me feel less isolated and so much more productive.
